The aim of this course is to go over the principles and practices of pattern cutting. By the end of the course, you will have a complete set of the women’s wear basic blocks in a sample size 12 and will understand how to draw up these basic blocks according to personal measurements. We will cover how to convert these basic blocks to production patterns, and how to toile these production patterns. Finally, we will use the basic dress block to create a simple dress of our own design.
