Shipping Policy

Made to order

Our garments are produced with care in our Edinburgh studio. Many pieces from the PAGAN collection are made to order rather than held in stock.

Production lead times vary by product and are stated on each product page. Most PAGAN garments currently have an estimated production time of 4–5 weeks before dispatch.

Some products may be available sooner. Where an order contains multiple items with different production times, we may dispatch them together once the order is complete.

Production times are estimates. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you.

UK delivery

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, charged at £5.95.

Delivery typically takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

International delivery

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your purchase is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
