Made to order
Our garments are produced with care in our Edinburgh studio. Many pieces from the PAGAN collection are made to order rather than held in stock.
Production lead times vary by product and are stated on each product page. Most PAGAN garments currently have an estimated production time of 4–5 weeks before dispatch.
Some products may be available sooner. Where an order contains multiple items with different production times, we may dispatch them together once the order is complete.
Production times are estimates. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you.
UK delivery
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, charged at £5.95.
Delivery typically takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.
International delivery
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email when your purchase is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

A panelled utility suspender belt with a shaped waist, designed to contour the body. Fastens at the back with a stainless steel buckle, eyelets and press studs. Long straps are attached with stainless steel carabiners. See note below regarding sizing.
Fabric: Cotton canvas, 230gsm.
Each Utility Suspender Belt is made to order by our small team. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production before dispatch. Designed and made in Scotland.
Sizing
We are currently extending our standard size range for the Utility Suspender Belt. In the meantime, we offer a complimentary made-to-measure service for customers outside our current UK 10–16 range.
Select Made to Measure when ordering. We will contact you after purchase to discuss your measurements and ensure the best possible fit.
There is no additional charge for this service.

Hand wash gently. Allow to air dry naturally. Press with a medium-hot iron, taking care to avoid direct contact with the stainless steel hardware.
